I come to the dog fancy with a life time of experience in the horse arena as well as a life long adoration for what is in my opinion the most remarkable breed .

At 5 my parents blessed me with a beautiful Tri Sheltie pup. He grew to be my best friend and was a regular at my grade school. The song "Mary had a little lamb" took on new meaning in second grade when my class began singing "Tania had a little dog" as he made it a regular thing to sneak away from the farm during the day and go looking for me, 3 miles away at the Elementary School. The windows were low and he knew which class was mine. Often one of my classmates would look out our class window to see Lincoln with paws perched on the seal peering into the class watching over his playmate, wondering how much longer until she could come play.

Now with the horses behind me I am finally free to spread my wings in the Sheltie arena. Something I had longed to do with Lincoln. Unfortunately his life with me was far to short though his love will always be with me.

We are a very small hobby kennel devoted to improvement of the breed. We believe in adherence to excellence not only in conformation but movement and intelligence as well as temperament. Our focus at this time is on the conformation ring and in laying the foundation for which future generation of Shetland Sheepdogs will come.

We are not a commercial kennel though at times we may have puppies available. I am associated with many respected Sheltie breeders and if I can not meet your needs through our kennel, I am sure to know of someone who can.
